Ephraim Nii Tan Sackey addressing a community
Ephraim Nii Tan Sackey, a key figure from the National Democratic Congress (NDC), has ramped up efforts to connect with North East Region residents ahead of the upcoming elections. Alongside Regional Vice Chairman Mr. John Bibirim and Albert Achiri Wuni, Nii Tan visited Gbankdabila and Bundol in the Nalerigu-Gambaga Constituency to engage directly with the people.
Nii Tan outlined the NDC’s flagship policies, promising free primary healthcare, complimentary fertilizers, no-cost technical and vocational training, and the creation of a women’s development bank. He stressed that these initiatives are vital for transforming the lives of local communities and urged residents to keep these policies in mind as they head to the polls.
Appealing directly to the electorate, Nii Tan called for an overwhelming vote in favour of John Dramani Mahama for President and Hon. Alhaji Baba Seidu Issufu for Parliament. He reminded voters to look for the NDC’s umbrella symbol when casting their ballots to support the party’s vision of a better Ghana.
The visit offered locals an opportunity to engage face-to-face with NDC representatives, giving them insight into the party’s priorities and commitment to grassroots issues. Nii Tan’s outreach efforts reflect the NDC’s focus on securing local support as the election approaches.
As election day looms, such community engagements by Nii Tan and other NDC officials aim to mobilize voters and strengthen the party’s presence. The discussions at Gbankdabila and Bundol not only sparked interest in the NDC’s platform but also underscored the party’s dedication to addressing the real needs of Ghanaians.
