The office of H.E. John Dramani Mahama has rubbished claims that he has endorsed Nana Obokum Attah IX for the position of Central Regional Representative on the Council of State.
A statement signed by Acting Presidential Spokesperson, Felix Ofosu Kwakye, dismissed the reports as outright falsehood, making it clear that Mahama has not thrown his weight behind any candidate.
“The selection of a representative is the sole responsibility of stakeholders, including assembly members,” the statement read.
Ghanaians have been urged to ignore the misleading claim and rely only on official communications from Mahama’s office for accurate information.
