State lands meant for national development are vanishing into private pockets at the Tema Development Corporation (TDC), and the fallout could be devastating. Whistleblower Boutrous Andy has sounded the alarm, accusing wannabe Managing Director Yakubu Mumuni and current MD Alice Ofori Atta of orchestrating a scandalous land grab.
Andy’s explosive letter to the incoming administration’s transition team reveals that 13 industrial plots and 6 residential lands have been quietly doled out to cronies. He claims Ofori Atta herself ordered documents issued to these new “owners” while Yakubu Mumuni allegedly masterminded the deals behind the scenes.
