Robert Kutin, Central Regional Chairman NPP

Desperate to halt a barrage of attacks against his person, a member of Central Region Security Council and NADMO Director for Central Region, Joe Donkor has revealed that the sum of GH₵21 Million meant for the payment of some Caterers under the school feeding scheme is stashed in a personal account of Central Regional Chairman of the governing New Patriotic Party, NPP.
Reacting to the claims that he as the (Coordinator), and his daughter were engaged school feeding racketeering.
He said, Khadidja Anderson had disclosed at a crunch meeting held at the Regional Secretariat that funds amounting to Twenty-One Million cedis (21,000,000) had been paid into the Merchant account of Chief Executive Officer of All ship Logistics, and NPP Central Regional Chairman, Robert Kurtin since January 2021.
‘I was furious looking for Khadija Anderson for posting a voice clip on Ekumfi WhatsApp platform alleging that while I Joe Donkor was giving contracts for One Hundred Thousand Cedis, my Daughter, Judith, is deducting five days payments from money due caterers’.
But alas, she (Khadidja) has set the records straight.
The former Constituency Chairman, made the disclosure in an interview on Kastle FM a Cape Coast radio station.
He explained away that the claims against him and his daughter are unfounded, and concocted to smear his hard-won reputation ahead of the impending primaries in the party.
To him, those peddling and marketing lies against him are doing so out of hatred. ‘They are doing this because they are not at the helm of affairs. For some of them, it shouldn’t be anyone if its not them and their families’.
The Hawk can report authoritatively that Khadidja Anderson is a staff of the Central Regional Secretariat of the Ghana School Feeding Programme.
Downplaying the gravity of diverting public funds into a private account, Joe Donkor said, even though he is yet to speak to the regional chairman, he suspects the funds were paid into the business mogul’s account for holding.
He was however surprised that they’ve left the funds in the accounts. According to Joe Donkor, Chairman Kutin is too busy to go round paying the Caterers.
The Hawk has discovered shockingly, that the very few Caterers who were selected for payment were also denied full payment noting that the National Investigation Bureau (NIB) have conducted investigations into the activities of school feeding and has recommended that Caterers be paid according to the actual number of days they worked. Whence, Caterers were paid based on the number of days decided by Kutin.
However, Robert Kutin, has denied flatly the assertion by Joe Donkor that some funds belonging to school feeding Caterers have been deposited in his account. ‘The originators of such news i.e the FM station, the person who made that pronouncement on the FM station and the Administrator of the platform which such inflammatory information was spewed are been sued’. ‘I don’t even have mobile money account. You can check from my Lawyer Frank Davies’. He reacted when The Hawk contacted him.
Meanwhile, Management of the School Feeding Programme in a statement dated 30th March, 2021, announced payment for One Hot Meal for both Form 3, and 2 Junior High Students. The statement urge calm while GSFP mobilizes resources to pay the arrears.
Reports gathered by The Hawk is that Hajia Fati Amadu (Allega) formerly stationed at the NPP Headquarters to foment trouble have since been organizing the Caterers under the umbrella of School Feeding Caterers Association to fight against the rot in the system.
