A former National Women Organizer of opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC), Anita Desoso, has accused the party’s National Executives of selling out.

Anita made the declaration while addressing party supporters at Elikplim Akrugu’s campaign launch at Dome Park over the weekend.

She was expressing her bitterness over the way the party is being run in the build-up to election 2020, making her doubt the certainty of the party’s leadership commitment to the rescue campaign.

Anita, who said this at the campaign launch, was reacting to the decision by the Jean Mensa led Commission to set aside October 1, 2020, for people who just attained eighteen years to register at the District Offices of the Commission.

According to her, “To set the records straight, I wish to say that nothing can be farther from the truth. Some of our National Executives have sold the party out because of pecuniary gains’’.

Charging the women to avail themselves to protect the ballot, Anita claimed some of the National Officers have been bought, referring to those as ‘judas’ in NDC.
