Horace Ekow Ewusi
The Chief Judge, Kwesi Anin-Yeboah, Tuesday, affirmed a restoration of the occupation as Auctioneer of the courts on a Cape Coast-based, Horace Ekow Ewusi, who was stripped of his status as an auctioneer by the courts.
This was
contained in a letter under the hand of the Judicial Secretary, Cynthia Pamela Addo addressed to all registrars of the courts and copied the Chief Justice, All Supervising Judges, Deputy Judicial Secretary, the Director of Court Services and all Regional Administration Officers.
‘His Lordship the Chief Justice has directed that, since Mr. Horace Ekow Ewusi has satisfied the statutory provisions, his license is to be restored.
