Henry Quartey, Minister for Interior

The Minister for the Interior, Henry Quartey (MP), has officially declared Friday, March 29, 2024, and Monday, April 1, 2024, as Statutory Public Holidays in Ghana. These days coincide with Good Friday and Easter Monday, respectively, and are to be observed nationwide.

Minister Quartey emphasized in a statement issued from Accra on Monday, March 25, 2024, that both Good Friday and Easter Monday should be observed as public holidays across the country.
